Exygon Health & Fitness Club celebrating 30th Anniversary with community event – Port Arthur News

NEDERLAND — Exygon Health and Fitness Club is celebrating its 30th anniversary this calendar year.

As a “thank you” to the community, club officers are hosting a free celebration Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Exygon Mid-County,  1001 Nederland Avenue in Nederland.

The celebration involves exciting for the full household.

Some of the highlights are a Team X Physical fitness mini summit ending with a Zumba party and inflatable obstacle courses for grown ups and little ones.

Cardio for a Lead to benefitting Gift of Life is planned. Exygon will donate $1 for each mile logged on specified treadmill from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

There will be a dunk tank benefitting Gift of Everyday living. It is $1 for 1 probability and $3 for 5 prospects. Be sure to bring money, officers stress.

A donation generate for the Dream Middle of SETX is prepared.
Canned products, non-perishable food objects, paper goods (toilet paper), cleanliness goods or economic donations are currently being accepted.

Press-Up and Beat the Coach Competitions are scheduled.

Hourly giveaways and a grand prize giveaway of a 4 pack of $125 reward playing cards to Main Event is established.
To enter the giveaways, you can show up at the party, provide donation for Desire Heart of SETX or Donate to Present of Lifestyle via Dunk Tank and/or Treadmill, acquire impediment course races and win the push-up and/or beat the coach competitions.

Foods trucks and local vendor fair is prepared.

There is a Wellness Seminar on optimizing recovery with sleep administration.
